In last weeks session we had a speaker come in to talk to us about "competitive advantage". He taught us the three ways that our business can have an advantage over others, there's service, quality, and price. He really knew what he was talking about and it was also very interesting to see how he came to be the entrepreneur he is today and hearing his struggles to get to where he is now.
